I need to replace my clutch soon. Does anyone know if Ferrari chat members, or Ferrari club of America members get a discount at Ricambi, Hill engineering, or others? Thanks

Ricambi, Ferrpart, Eurospares all give discounts. I just checked and the "FChat" code give a 10% discount at Ricambi.

That is where I got my 360 kit. It's been running for two weeks and I hope to do the first test drive on the weekend.

I ended up having to cut the throwout bearing retaining screws and ordering new ones. Mine were tight! I would recommend adding those at the time of order.

Are you doing this yourself? If so, it'd be great to get any tips so I can decide if I can handle mine myself.

I just did mine and bought from both Ricambi and Eurospares. Hill Eng parts from Ricambi and the clutch and flywheel from Eurospares. There was a significant price difference.

Another source is Superformance and their prices are even lower. I've bought all sorts of stuff from them. Even an oil pan gasket for the TR and aluminium radiators for the 348. And their Hill engineering prices are lower than (the other guys).

Last time I spoke to them directly (early April), I was told they stopped taking all coupon codes as of April 1st. By chance, I ordered my clutch kit on March 30th (w/ discount). I've had outstanding service, and they continue to be my go-to source, but it makes you shop on some items.

Is there a current code or discount for Fchat members for Ricambi America? If so, please share or PM me. Thank You.

Ricambi isn’t offering fchat discounts anymore. I called last Friday to order parts and the gentleman stated discounts stopped a few months ago. He did upgrade my shipping to two day shipping for free though.

Scuderiaparts and superformance are usually 10-15% cheaper than Ricambi. Without the 10% FChat discount, I’ll definitely be buying all my supplies from other stores. Ricambi also has a big markup on Hill Engineering stuff that can be bought directly from Hill for cheaper, or the two prior mentioned stores.

Also, it’s important for Ferrari owners to find compatible parts. For example, on my F430 a Ferrari F1 Accumulator was $hundreds but the identical Fiat one was $70 on eBay. There are many websites that have compatible parts guides.

    Almost a 20% increase for Ricambi….

    Vs

    Ricambi is 25% more…

    Vs

    https://www.ricambiamerica.com/200323-rear-main-seal.html

    Ricambi is 31% more…

ScuderiaParts is in the USA too. I usually paid a bit more, even after FChat discount, because Ricambi is active on this forum. I can’t pay 10-30% more for everything when maintaining 3 Ferraris. If Ricambi needs those increased margins the maybe they should look at overhead costs.
