I finally was able to put my eyes and hands on her. Got the call from the dealer this week, and the flight was booked the following day. Couldn't be happier with the way she turned out. Thank you to everyone on here (directly, and indirectly from trolling other people's treads). From the headliner to backpanel to seats to colors, I wouldn't change anything. So happy, I found all the helpful people on here which are just as crazy as I am about Ferraris (in a good way)!

For my 1st Ferrari, I had to go red. Been a lifelong dream since getting to drive my old man's when I was younger. The wait was long (16 1/2 months) and agonizing, and the last 2 months since turning Status 90 was a killer. Just have to wait til spring to really get to drive her.

For those that are on Tiktok, here you go as well.

Once again, thanks everyone on here!

    Beautiful. Impressions once you drive.

Full wrap or partial ? How does one protect the wheels if at all?

    Drive it well

I will let you know once I get to drive her. With the recent snow in Chicago the day before I got up there, I didn't want to drive on the road with the salt and sand. Also, it was around 10 degrees Fahrenheit. I don't think the summer tires would want to hookup too well.

She will be going to Showtime in Chicago next for audio upgrades and a full Radenso/ALP stealth radar system. Then going to Esoteric for a full PPF, ceramic on car, ceramic coating on the wheels, and tint. As far as protecting the wheels, just the ceramic coating. Not sure I can do too much other than not curbing it (knock on wood)!

Congratulations! Is that a metallic red or classic Rosso Corsa? I think I might see a hint of metallic in some of the pictures.

Huge congratulations, Schweeeeet! As a fellow Chicagoan, and of course you too know, that you really won't be able to get her out until April sometime. The weather either isn't all that great before then and the streets are still pretty grimed up so over the years mid April is what we got. Hope maybe we get lucky this year and can get out sooner.

I am actually in Omaha. Hopefully, being that we have had a mild winter with really next to no precip, we can get some days in March that I wont be scared to get her out. Just hope we get a good rain to wash the road grim off before then. BTW, Chicago was coooolldd this past weekend. No thank you ;)

Yes, It is Rosso Corsa Metallic! Love the extra depth it provides. Wanted to stay quintessential Ferrari for my first, but thought the standard lacked the depth

Thx! It's getting the Scuderia Audio set. 8" sub, 6.5 mids in the doors, tweeter pods in carbon fiber in the a-pillars; all in Focal high-end Utopia speakers. Then a JL Audio dsp amp/equalizer.

Once done with the Audio and radar install, it's going to Esoteric in OH for a full PPF, ceramic, and window tint. Prob a good 5 weeks between the two shops, then she can finally come home.

I'll post pictures of everything once it's here and all done. No worries there

When you go full PPF make sure they cover all the painted surfaces. Even under the car ( painted parts ) for a full job.
