Michael Foertsch at MBrandonMotorcars in Houston seems to make a market in high quality European cars, including the early V12s. I have no idea if he would be interested in providing a PPI, but he might be worth a call. BTW, I'm in no way connected, acquainted, or affiliated. I just see that he has been associated with several nice Ferraris that I have considered.
Update—Michael Foertsch will look at my car and I will also have a PPI done by a mechanic, Michael Keith. He was recommended by Chris Dugan from Oceanside, CA. I expect good news on the inspections. Deposit is in to hold car— will report back. I have a ton of legal documents to work on but am too excited to work!!!!!
