You have to remove them to be able to get to the screws that secure the cluster, as said earlier, floss works well to wrap and to pull them out. I also purchased a set from Sigmacars e few years back and they're excellent. The little red/yellow/orange jewel just pushes out of the old one and insert into the new black bezel
Thank you just a tip when you install them push them in first with the bulbs installed but without the color symbol so you can orient the symbol perfectly after the Bezels are in
