I have 155 SF90 Stradales currently registered in the UK. 73 of which have Assetto Fiorano, so your numbers are pretty close.

Only 8 SF90 Spiders registered in the UK so far. But that reflects the small number of Spiders made so far compared with many more coupes.

In the UK a friend with a £500k car, can't sell for the asking price and is looking at sizable loss, his dealer has been trying to sell it for him at cost for about 6 months, for a rare Ferrari [ if numbers above are correct that seems very odd] . He asked them if they Part exchange it against a Pista spider he is buying, but they said said they did not want it, or were too embarrassed to offer him 50/60K less, which now seems to be the asking price.
If you fancy a RHD car in the USA you could pick up a bargain.

It really depends on spec, there is a bit of resistance to Stripe & Carbon Fibre Wheel optioned cars, for aesthetic and replacement cost reasons, so imagine your friend has both to be near £500k. He should hold onto it at least until the market gets going in March/April time.. assuming there is approx only 73 AF made, he should be fine.
