This is looking from under the 430's front. The black valve is heater coolant control valve.

I've seen some coolant drops around here and I wiped it with clean towel.

After a few minutes of idling, I see sweeps of water coming out from the "wall" of the coolant hose, is this the usual failure mode? The part number for this leaking hose is 68641000

It just shows that there are cracks in the inner part of the rubber hose material such that the coolant is now reaching where the reinforcement fibers are encapsulated in the rubber material -- time to replace it.

Not an uncommon failure mode. In fact, Ferrari coolant hoses famously suck. I would find a similar size hose in a reinforced silicone from a performance store. Guaranteed to last longer than the Ferrari junk.
