Thanks I have a 2005
I changed my year and some of the lettering to match my own car in photoshop... if you like it, I can do your numbers too, send me a pm. Test group names and refueling family were different, I just had to do a 5 instead of 9, and My 2005 of course. Image Unavailable, Please Login
For the other sticker, I will do is as follows: Clean it properly, take a picture (I have a 60Mpix mirrorless camera,) , clean it up in photoshop, and print it with that service carstickers.com
Just make sure you have the canvas size of 6x3 inch without resizing the actual image so that the decal company prints it at the right size. Then you can cut the extra border off to match the original decal size. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
You guys know you can get these oem stickers from eurospares...right? It was like....3 bucks Image Unavailable, Please Login
I couldn’t find it on the parts diagram. What is the part # so I can search which diagram it’s on? Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Corey The part number is on the label .. there a few different ones depending on year and if course scud Sent from my moto g power using Tapatalk
I took what I assumed was the part number and search with google and eurospares, and no go... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Corey You are right .. my part number is 271781 and it comes up I went to the label diagram for your year and it doesn't even show in diagram So strange I even searched on Scuderia car parts Maybe send a email to eurospares with your part number 271779 and see maybe they can find it Sent from my moto g power using Tapatalk
see below. It looks like #13 for the Scuderia / #242448 https://www.eurospares.co.uk/Ferrari/430/F430_Scuderia_(USA)/PartDiagrams/0153/ADHESIVE_LABELS_AND_PLAQUES For others ...you have to search "engine spec label" then, click "what does this fit" on the upper right hand of the box. F430 # is 251781 . It's more @ $7.71 https://www.eurospares.co.uk/Search?SearchID=2C0696B8-F4C8-499F-9793-85045265E734 Hope this helps. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hhhmmmm The one I have for a scud. is the one in the picture. I bought it for back up if I needed to redo the smaller panel. It does say F430 Scuderia which is incorrect. The F should not be used. This is for a 2008. Maybe each year has a different number. Where did you get that number?
Then maybe is it for a 2008 vs 2009..the number is 251781 Also in eurospares it lists it as 2009 scuderia Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my moto g power using Tapatalk
Yup...it looks like that's the case. Now the questions is what number is for the F430? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Have you compared your spare label with your original one? In picture it looks like the border around the top and bottom seems too big over what my original 2009 F430 label has. Maybe eurospares are reproductions also? Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
This is pretty close but can you change the left side second square from 2009 to 2005? Other than that it's just slight font differences with spacing. No one would notice but would look good on CF panel Other pages list 242448 as MY08 and 251781 as MY09
The packaging is from Ferrari. The plastic packaging has the ferrari sticker with the Eurospares on top of it. It's legit....but in saying that, I'm sure there are differences over the years.
... but If you are concerned about a line being a big thicker or half of mm spacing in the writing on a label which will be applied crooked on a panel inside the engine bay... please don't contact me; just setting expectations.
Well my OCD made me actually measure to get the crookedness in the labels to match between OEM and my new carbon panel.
Lol I just want to have something that says 2005 and at first glance if in a row of cars would look "normal" You had 99% of it right in the posting you did above https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/attachments/ferrari-emissions_76mmsmall-jpg.3290664/
I think being in California you really just want something to shut the emissions inspector up... so as long as it's close and the year matches you should be fine, correct?
Yes it is required for SMOG and if they look closely it needs to match the year. Years ago I used to carry that picture from my Cayman on my phone since it was buried under layers of sound proofing and rug. It was funny when another time the guy popped the hood and then the trunk and asked where the engine was.
I guess I never thought about the commie state of california and their stringent testing. We have no testing in WA.....surprisingly. Nice job on the replication Mario
It is nice that WA even dropped the OBD-II review. I hit the last year of that testing years ago but moved back to CA. At least CA has dropped the stupid "rolling road" dyno test and now does the OBD-II review and inspection only. Fingers crossed eventually it stops SMOG but doubt it since money making scheme. Price went through the roof due to the dyno need and hasn't dropped since removal. Hello can I get a SMOG?, "what car do you have".....one with four wheels. Used to get quoted $1XX when saying Porsche.
