It plans on being up for auction at Indy in May as well: https://www.mecum.com/lots/SC0521-462011/1972-ferrari-365-gtb4-daytona/ Matt

Tomini in Dubai has one, I saw it person, looks great. Has a Massini report with it as well. https://www.tominiclassics.com/featcar/ferrari-365gtb-4/ Sent from my MAR-LX1M using Tapatalk
The Tomini car has been for sale for a few years. There is a reason for it - all is not as it appears with this car!
Maybe, maybe not. I haven't seen the Massini report so I don't know about that. What I did see though was the Classiche report -- and there is some information at the bottom of the technical sheet that every perspective buyer should be made aware of! Otherwise, I do agree with your statement of the car looking great! And such a beautiful color combination.
Indeed, and is priced considerably lower than all other Daytonas. What does Classiche say? Sent from my MAR-LX1M using Tapatalk

The 1971 365 GTB/4 is missing it's silver nose but is painted the rare Rosso Nearco. Unfortunately their Rosso Nearco paint job doesn't look like the original RN as seen in 1972 on this Ferrari 365 GTC/4... Image Unavailable, Please Login the real Rosso Nearco.
Drivers Source (Houston dealer) has a collection they have begun to auction on BaT....in series...all to be sold over the next several days/weeks. The Daytona will start (go live bidding) next week. Jose (DS owner) savvy marketer ...one of the "early adapters" the BaT platform. DS runs many "special event auctions" thru BaT.. Given that Hagerty has run the data showing that the exact SAME CAR which as sold other auction venues brings an average increased 30% on BaT...and that this is the quantified price delta BaT has been providing to sellers. Love it or hate it BaT has now become The Place for dealers to sell. Truly an amazing operation. I will ask again...Tomini Daytona "mystery"? Car presented terrific; Plexi, colors.....yet always had this "black cloud" of something sinister lurking in its history. Engine swap, data plate/vin # shenanigans ...??
C4 probably owned by Peter Kalikow? BTW my parents had an exact twin of the 1966 Electra 225 in the background. Clearly discriminating clientele at Casa Chinetti.
Yes the K is most likely his car. I noticed that Electra 225, quite the ride back then! Can you say 'fender skirts'...
