Wondering as well...........what's going on with it. I know work is being done to bring it into "secure" status, and there has been talk from the main moderators that an upgrade is in the wings ( 'bout time!). Hoping that it what is occurring.
I just bought a 2020 NSX, and take delivery on Thursday and I am really looking forward to getting to know the car. It wasn’t on my radar, but caught my eye while window shopping at the local Mclaren dealer. I was very impressed with the drivetrain during my short test drive, and I think the car has significantly more emotion than it’s given credit for. Time will tell after really driving it.
Thank you. This is all I have for now, but I’ll post better pics after the thorough detail that I like to do when I buy a car. I plan to have the wheels painted in the grey used on the 458 sport wheels, and add downpipes and a tune. Also, I was worried about the lack of front lift because my driveway has a somewhat steep transition from the street, but it isn’t an issue at all. That white really "pops." Nice looking pair in your garage "Saddle interior" - would it be the orchid? Looking forward to pics after your detailing.
Enjoy it in the best of health, looks like it just left the factory. My 2017 is 130R white (non metallic) with saddle. You even have the silver calipers, very snazzy with the interwoven wheels.
Thanks for the kind words all. I got the car all detailed, but have been busy and didn’t take any good pics yet. I’ll try for some nice outdoor pics next weekend when I’m home from travel. I also did a run with my Draggy. One launch from 0-130mph. I am impressed that it was exactly as advertised on the first run. The launch is very impressive. Yes, plenty fast and reliable. It's best practice to drive your last 20 minutes in sport plus to keep the 12V battery nice and charged up. The 12V is small, mine didn't last 4 years.
I removed the chrome badges and finally took some outdoor pics this AM, but I’ve decided Casino White is just tough to capture accurately. I think the car generally looks better in the flesh. New to me NSX. 1990 UK car, 3.2 with 6 speed but pop up lights. Not sure if that makes it an NA2 or and NA1 ! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
NA2 saw the 3.2 and 6 speed, but wasn't available (at least in the US) until 1997 pretty car. I like the body colored roof on red cars.
Thank you, I am very pleased to own her. I have owned 5 Ferraris, I still own an F12 and a GTE. This is the best "driver's car" I have ever had.
