Any recommendations for a mechanic in South Florida? ..preferably Ft Lauderdale…Tim is too busy Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Every good Ferrari mechanic in the country is backed up for months. Your alternative is a lousy mechanic.
If Tim Stanford is busy, it's probably because he's everyone's first choice in the area. I'd get in queue. Best for him to get to know your car.
https://www.sarasotaitaliangarage.com/ David is very knowledgable and works to extremely high standards. He has helped me out many times and is the technical source for most of the content on Johnathan Bird's site ("Birdman").
+1 on David Feinberg, a long time contributor here in the early days..."fastradio". New England's loss is Florida's gain, I suppose.
David helped me out with advice before and after I got my Boxer. He know 308s as well as anyone and probably more than most. You will be happy if he works on your car. Back, way before most of the people asking questions today even heard of Fchat, there were a small group of highly qualified mechanics who were helping the community with free sound advice. But the community was more a group of hands on owners, as the cars were far simpler than todays computer oriented systems.
Agree with all of your comments Dave but just want to clarify that David Feinberg has the full compliment of Ferrari test equipment and software today plus his wealth of knowledge and experience.
