Saw it last week for the first time.
    Completely agree with Max.
    Absolutely no interest in it.
    ( only my opinion)

I agree that Liberty handled it reasonably well, to bring F1 to the masses. But I don't see the need for creating fake rivalries, people are dumb enough as it is and take it all as fact. There's plenty of real drama in F1 so they might as well focus on that...

I agree, but 90% of the new F1 public wants to watch just that, fake stuff.

I enjoyed F1’s 3-episode Beyond the Limit more than Drive to Survive 4…

Watched the latest season with the missus. Even she said it was overhyped and over drama. Points to Max for not participating in the upcoming ones

And that dude will buxton. What a buffoon.

Better than the first race this year for sure.

Never watched an episode, but have been hearing a lot lately about things being faked. So DTS is like WWE 'rasslin?

Season 1: did a good job making the race for 7th place feel exciting.

    Season 2: didn't watch

    Season 3: didn't watch

Season 4: IMHO, it failed to capture the excitement of the best F1 season in years. And I don't need to repeatedly hear what Susie Wolff or Ginger Spice have to say. Their over-presence gives it a vibe of "The Real Housewives of Formula One"

My thought is that DTS is aimed at non-fans, and just leave it at that. For the huge fans, there's still some interesting things behind the scenes, like Mazepin sr. demanding a new chassis for sonny boy or he'll pull his funds out. I can't stand the thought of watching the fake-reality-drama shows that dominate TV, and don't think DTS is anywhere near that level of stupidity, but yeah, could do without Will Buxton and the Susie Wolf/Ginger stuff.

Finally finished the most current season…last episode was exceptional. Reliving the bizarre final lap was worth the watch.

Sadly, the new F1 season, 2 races in, is a total snooze.

Really enjoyed the scenes with Mattia and Guenther in the old Fiat 500

I'm watching it now.. just at the Alpine drama moment... and Riccardo out... its ok, hate to say it but I think its gotten tired... its not bad but just ok. I guess its what i was expecting. Following F1 anyway this is just a little side show.

    Well said regarding side show

This season seemed to limit screen time some teams like Williams and Aston Martin (was there any Lance Stroll content other than him walking around and saying stuff after crashes).

I really knew nothing about Vasseur and his new job caused me to do a bit of background reading. Cool that he is the actual constructor for Formula e. He has to be more competant than Mattia but is nowhere near as stylish.

Binotto I'm sure is a fine engineer... but it just seems his personality was too lite for Ferrari. You have to have a very firm hand ... or the Indians will all think they are chief.

Agreed, plus he never struck me as an intense leader/strategist like Horner appears to be

I am hoping Fred puts the pieces together in a better/more successful manner.

One thing about this show -- it appears that "Team Principal" pays really, really well

Without Guenther, the show would be less worth watching

I feel like there is an entire Netflix series in that. Mattia and Guenther travel Europe together.
