Can anyone share the cost for a 308 belt service in the European Union?

Preferably Germany, but otherEU counties will serve as data points, to help establish a general idea of what should be expected.

You'd have to be more specific about what is actually to be done -- there's a huge difference between (literally) just replacing the timing belts (and nothing else) and replacing the cam seals, timing belts, tensioners, outer cam drive bearings, checking/resetting the cam timing, checking/resetting the valve clearances, replacing the majority of the cooling hoses, etc..

I always suggest to keep the old belts (unbreakable, rock solid), save money and spend it to change the coolant, fuel lines, fuel pressure regulator, oil lines to oil cooler, water manifolds, gearbox oil, steering gears, steering joints, brake booster membrane, brake tubes and waterpump (in order of decreasing importance).

And service the carbs or the injection (WUR and fuel distributor)

Here in Italy the cost of a full belts service is 700-800 euro with premium bearings.

    Ciao

700-800 Euros in Italy is helpful to know.

Yes, we can differentiate between "belts only" and "major service" if it's easier, and the data is welcome.

It's almost impossible to answer your original question, as it depends not only from what will be done, but also on the shop: independent, independent but ex-official from the factory network and factory trained, independent but specialised in exotics, etc, etc...
That being said, as your question is "Germany oriented" and living three miles from Germany, I would say that the costs are higher than in Italy, but let's give a ballpark nevertheless: "about € 1.500 for a belt change and minimal service": that is including belts & change of belts with new tensioneers; new auxiliaries' belts - A/C, alternator, water pump - & water pump check, oil change - engine and gearbox, and a general check of the car (but no check of the valve clearance, etc...).

I would park 3,000 for a major service. Every 5 years ish.
Agree with Nerofer 1,500 would be the minimum.
