Wow... Every time I start to think, "I don't need an F12" I see photos like Altoria F's and ChaosAD!'s and my mind is blown! Those are stunning!
"... the even crazier thing is the desperate need I have to own one. I just think it's so ridiculous and wonderful that a carmaker can sell a 740 hp sports GT. There's nothing the world needs less, and there's nothing I want more, cause it's the best car of it's type I've ever driven."
I never get tired of watching this video. The F12 is an exceptional car and the pleasure of driving mine is still the same as on the first day.
Fully right... I would even say more pleasure than the first day the more and more I "learn" the car!
Agree 100% -- this is a car that rewards but you have to spend time behind the wheel and "learn" it. Keeps it challenging to drive fast, which is great! The quick steering and responsive throttle seem over the top at first, however after 10-15 minutes, it all just feels "right". Amazing car, and I look forward to driving mine always.
I am trying to figure out the color of this car - 812 GTS located in Oman. Everywhere it says Verde abetone - But every other car online in Verde abetone looks so different (including the famous F40) - I have a atelier appointment Monday and like this color. Please help! Maybe ask in the GTS photo thread, this is F12 photos. Or ask the dealer for a photo of the spec. plate in the trunk which will confirm the colour.
I was asked by a friends partner if they could borrow my car for a short film they were making, it would have been rude for me not to say yes.
