    Visiting Phoenix later this month and wanted to please get some suggestions for the best restaurants in town. Steak, Seafood, and Sushi are what we are most interested in .....thanks

    Maestro's City Hall or Dominicks for steak - I've been to both ( City Hall ) several times - just fantastic.

    Bourbon and Bones is suppose to be top notch for steaks ($$$$). Old Town Scottsdale sports The Mission which is extremely good, kind of a Latin thing going on there with a tough of Tex-Mex. The duck empanada's aps are over the top!

    a plug for Wildflower for morning pastries. their bfast is so so. not bad not great.

    The Breakfast Club in Old Town Scottsdale. Go to YELP and get on their waiting list, its typically an hour wait anytime after 7:30AM. Ask for a table outside and watch all of the beautiful people drive by in the Lambo's, Ferrari's, etc. The food is off the chart great. Wife and I eat there at least twice a month. Like a good benny? Get their sirloin Eggs Bennedict. OMG to die for!

    Appreciate the recommendations. A few places really caught my eye, like Virtu, but they didn't have any opening during our stay. We did make it to a couple places though.

    Mastro's City Hall....overall it was good, but the bone marrow was tasteless and the ribeye was just ok. I didn't like that nothing on their steak menu was grass fed.
    Had reservations to Ocean 44 / Steak 44 ....but our dog got sick that afternoon so we didn't make it ...bummer.

    We stayed at the Arizona Biltmore and dined at Renata's Hearth ...it was fantastic. Latin guitar players in the lobby, every course was great, drinks were great, ambience good, dessert was great, our server was helpful and friendly, and their Tomahawk Ribeye was excellent. I've had some great tomahawks, but this one was a little different, as the flavor was a little smoky and had this latin flair to it.
