    My tires are 6 years old this year. As far as I’m concerned they have no place on a car capable of 200 MOH and will be getting changed this year.

    The only component between you and the road is the rubber contacting the surface on several square inches.

    Always amazes me how simple it is to replace and check tires (plus pressures) yet continually overlooked. Separates the boys from the men.

    im replacing my continental tires with Nankang tires made in Taiwan.
    and a few hours later, I am doing a test of stopping distance using new Nankang tires and 8 year old continental tires,
