Just picked up the '95 355 after my 2nd major. This time from Vinny @ AutoElite. It was tough getting it into the shop all winter, he was busy. But he finally able to squeeze it in late March. And blew me away, 2 weeks later and she was ready to come home. I'm use to majors taking months. Full major & headers replaced/fixed. She drove beautifully on the way home. Well, as best you can do going around traffic on Rt 4 then Rt 80. Ugh. She was much quieter with working headers. I'm told the alternator will perform better without all the insulation that was blown into it from the leaking header. I did ask and he's getting busy. He had a 355 on the lift for a major right before me and another as I was pulling out. if you need your seasonal fluids changed and have your baby given the once-over, call him asap. Hey Gus! Your at WWoC now, right? engine: nicer looking. They also repainted the valve covers with wrinkle. and used some sort of dressing agent on all the exposed plastic/metal. Vinny has a number of home-brew recipes for various issues on cars. I'm sure he used one of them
