I'm waiting for the Ferrari pickup truck! [emoji2] Reading that thread, seems only biggest clients will get one, at least initially. Will see what happens if and when they go down market to the V6, hybrids, etc. Maybe the unwashed masses like myself can pick one up on the cheap for some off-roading shenanigans! T
Did some required upgrades to the DD this winter. My previous 2018 Raptor had white Rigid fog lights that I added - the usual thing for second generation Raptors. I could hardly ever use them because they were too bright. People always flashed me. So I made friends with a guy from the SA 4WP store, and we made a set of amber fog lights. The wide views on the ends required amber lenses, and the middle lights required amber BULBS. Started with the usual Rigid Raptor set. I could never have gotten this done without his knowledge. Double F-car goodness there. What trim level on the 250? What did you have done to it? We've had a 450 for a year and have done no mods to it, so I'm on the hunt for ideas! T
I bought it off my boss for $2,000 to throw my German Shepherd in to take to the dog park. A fantastic purchase, although you do not look very cool.
we’ve got an F450 too, to haul all of the heavy stuff. I did the Carli suspension on both and love it! I didn’t do the springs on the F450 to minimize tow capacity loss, but did the full kit on the F250 and makes the ride way better. Also added airbags to both for towing. On the 250, added front bumper, winch, lightbar. 37” tires on 20” method wheels. Also did the full chrome delete with some bronze accents (it’s the platinum so had lots of chrome), spray bedliner, tonneau cover, smoked lights. I’m really happy with how it all turned out.
