I recently picked up my first Ferrari - 2015 California T in Bianco Fuji. Loving it! It still has factory warranty left until the end of this October. Any recommendations what to look for to be proactive in identifying typical issues prior to the warranty expiring? Also, after searching for an answer in other threads on the battery tender, I'm trying to determine whether the anyone with a 2015 or later has the ignition disabled when the tender is plugged into the magnetic port. I have the Ferrari tender but the car will start and go into gear even if connected.

The magnetic port for the battery tender does not have an ignition interrupt feature like the earlier ports/designs used by Ferrari. I believe they felt it was not necessary since the magnetic connection will simply disconnect and drop away if one were to drive off. Is the connection near the license plate on the rear?

BTW, bianco fuji is an amazing color, congratulations on your car. I have a friend with an F430 in the same exact color.

Thank you. Yes, port connection is there. Above license plate, left side.

Hi - I just got a 2016 Cali T and can't find the location for the battery tender. Can you please let me know if you know where it plugs in?

I had an F12 owner that had his car towed in for a no start. I unplugged his tender that he left in the rear area still pugged into the car. Quick fix on that one.

What style plug was it? The magnetic by the license plate or the one used in the late 430s under the passenger dash?

This one plugged into the left side of the rear package area. So the client just unplugged the charger from the wall and tossed it all in the package area. Still attached to the car. The dash warning light was my first clue.
