Church’s is the OG spot. I’m down for whatever. GMG is very close to me so I won’t complain :)

Not in SoCal unfortunately but I did dyno my 355 Challenge several years ago and posted the results here. Was at first a little down on the results but was told by others they were in line. Was on a dynojet and I know my car has had some ignition issues that I have to sort out. Looking forward to seeing your results if you share them

^ Doesn't seem right to me. Not based on the numbers but where power peaks and flattens out. Looks to be 500rpm early.

Torque seems to peak at the right rpm however so would think more of a restriction of some sort than camshaft timing.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing your insight. I was also wondering about the power curve being wavy - for lack of a better term. Would ignition break up cause the power to flatten early? The reason I think ignition is an issue is I have lost 1/2 of the motor a couple of times. Once at Laguna Seca it made a trip around the track and then without warning 1/2 the cylinders shut off. They had Ferrari techs there and they thought maybe something got into the intake. When nothing was found they suggested turning the battery off/on and restarting. On restart the car ran fine and we didn't have the problem again for the entire week. Fast forward a year or so later I am driving home and it was raining - so much it was leaving puddles on the highway. Car was fine and then suddenly I lost 1/2 the engine again. As soon as I clicked my turn signal to pull over the engine came to life again. It was like night and day difference and I realized the engine came back to life the instant my turn signal flashed. The previous owner installed the Dave Helms gold connector kit and I don't think that would cause any issues. Aside from seeing power figures dyno sheets can often tell a story of what is going on with a car and again I appreciate any feedback.

The lines being a bit wavy is normal, most dynojet charts aren't super smooth though some cars better than others.

Could be ignition but I think you would have heard it (and operator felt it) misfire at high rpm.

Previous owner installing a gold connector kit -may- be a problem depending on his skill level. Just based on that many would probably be better off untouched so all things considered, wouldn't hurt to inspect everything.

I spoke with World Motorsports 2 weeks ago. It’s on. He said group 355 session of at least 3… $150 a pop. Owners need to come in with cars ready to strap down. Diffuser removal etc…

I’m not sure if the 355 needs anything removed for a secure strap down @INTMD8

They said they’ve never dyno’d a 355. Maybe we can work it down to $100 a pop ??

I don't remove anything on mine and just go to front and rear control arms. A long strap to go around the control arm will get the ratchet strap hook further away which is helpful.

Recently went to Church's. $100 cash. Dynopak dynos. However, Dynopak recently changed the algorithm that calculates results to try to compare better with wheel dynos. The result was that it showed numbers that do not relate to anything else I ever measured there - several years worth of testing down the drain. Still going there, but just need to keep it in perspective. I think it now measures 8% lower than before.
