Fat Mike- meant to list that one! Thx
I must have spaced it or was looking at a different listing. our light looks perfectly correct to me.
Here's an interesting one to follow. I thought all 2004's were Spiders so that makes this pretty rare as a last model year. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2004-ferrari-360-modena-18/
I think that's correct- it's the rare 2005s that are all Spiders, not Modenas, right? As for this BaT car, I think 360s and 430s look striking in black. I was going to say this one seems somewhat lightly optioned (no Daytona seats, shields, modular wheels, etc.), but a buddy mentioned that on BaT shortly after the car was listed and apparently had his comment deleted as "not constructive"! Huh? Must've offended someone's delicate sensibilities!
Not a Modena but someone just stole this gated 01 Spider on ACV. 14,374 miles. Needs a windshield and states top doesn’t work but still… ZFFYT53AX10123013 Image Unavailable, Please Login
Patina - part of the appeal of the modena.... no fear of the failed top boogey man..... 360 fears: F1 top belt service variator fatigue - catastrophic fail (valve meet piston) header cat particle reversion no flashlight Nice price! I would love to add a drop top gated to my stable!

I know I’m biased but black really is a great color for the 360 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Do you all think if the c8 was mt it would have affected gated 360 market? And since c8 is only auto do you think it actually helped the gated market? and do you think the c8 hurt the f1 360 market?
I'm going to contend no it didn't hurt the F1 360 nor would it have affected the gated market if it were gated. It's a different customer for the most part. It might have helped the gated market, if only by reinforcing the mantra that there will be no new gated sports cars. Thus, what you have is rare. I think.. and what I see of C8 owners.. is they are *ahem* similar to C7 and C6 owners. While some owners are cars guys and have both.. it seems many/most are of the Leno variety.
My buddy has an f1 360 and recently purchased a c8…, he’s loving the c8. Says it’s swell on the track!
Vettes are traditonally really good track cars. Cheap, easy to drive fast at speed, easy to modify. Just wait till his water pump needs to be replaced or there is an oil leak in a hidden place..
There’s plenty of threads on c8 vs Fcar. I was attempting to discuss impact to gated modena. Which I suspect the demise of gated cars by most mfr’s has pushed up gated360 and 430 prices. The c8 is arguably a 458 fighter. interesting to watch c8 values stabilize and drop to msrp… at the same time gated 360 go from 90$k up to low mid 160k! I now drive my gated 360 for higher value drives… vs any random day.
