    Hi,

    The single 12v power socket in the console just not enough for use today. Phone, dashcam, etc. I need two 12v sockets and found the link below. Has anyone tried this kind of dual 12v socket adapter is it safe to use? Or if there is better alternative out there?

    I have something like in the link but it’s an absolute eye sore and stopped using it.

    If anyone has recommendations on anything that does the job with more than one socket but also looks good please do share.

    I would only use that in a pinch and plug it in, in that case. It would be a terrible eye sore and look like a "pig w/ a silk hat" alla Good Fellas! lol
    What do you really need it for? Charging phones or radar? Radar should be built in...

    There’s a adapter with a cord 1 into two that allows you to hide the ugliness. Also there are adapters with USB connectivity such as comes with my escort 360 to allow two for one. Lastly there are chargers with two usb to allow for more devices.

    The only device that needs the cigarette lighter socket directly is the radar detector. This device can be hard wired to solve this issue.
