I agree. Absolutely horrendous details everywhere. It makes the 812 Competizione looks very elegant and sophisticated.

Looks like it does nothing really better than the regular vantage… I’d just grab the earlier v12 stick or v12S…

the wing on this should really be a delete option.

Years ago, I loved my AMV8.

But looking at this 'new' one, it sure makes you wonder if anyone at Aston owns something called an 'eraser'. There are only so many years/decades the same design can be dragged (kicking and screaming) forward.

I get the idea that it's supposed to 'rekindle' the fire and all that jazz. But still, something fresh and new would go a looong way, IMHO.

V12 coupe is sold out. I can get a V12 roadster allocation but don’t like convertibles.

Drive the DBX 707, which is absolutely fantastic. But for me it would be a DD and need to be left at the airport, etc so the “utility” is important to me.

100% decided to dump my GT3 RS. Despite it being a desirable car, dealers still want $50-$75 above sticker for a Turbo S. Only consideration I’d get was to cut the line for an upcoming allocation.

Which has me thinking of Vantage. When I sold my Vanquish S (first car I ever speccd) I swore I’d have another Aston in my garage. So the Vantage has made a jump to the forefront out of nowhere. Maybe an F1.

Dunno. Going into town next week to shop around the GT3 RS for an in&out and then go to AM. I’m pretty much sure is going to be a 707 vs F1. Turbo S less likely- I will not pay an ADM if I have to wait a year.

I love my Aston and I am glad to see that there are still people who desire them. Their finances are in dire straights and I hope they survive what may be another impending bankruptcy preferably without being acquired by a Chinese company that will only further destroy what is left. It is time, however, for some new life and design in their products.

The V12 is $150k over the V8. What make the GT3RS $120k over the standard 911? The V12 will be far more rare and undeniably more special. Porsche will pop out as many GT3RS cars as they can sell and will be able to recoupe the cost and make a very healthy profit.

    Beautiful spec!

Saw a wonderful Vantage in white at AM of Houston. Which white is that?

Thinking of going white myself in an F1. Or morning frost. White stone looks great in the sun with all that glass sparkling, but sadly turns flat grey inside.

Thank you. I went with Lunar White because I was told any "Q" cars would only be delivered at the very end of production. I also didn't want to over-spec the car.

Very cool color. I wish the owner had ordered the light weight wheels and perhaps the carbon fiber aero kits.
