potato perogies are so tasty. I fry them in butter and get a good skin on one side….awesome!

My turkey is still hard as rock. It has been in fridge thawing for over a week!

Ricambi sent over an oil filter QUICK so I plan to do an oil change. Old girl could probably use a coolant flush but not mentally committed to doing that in short notice. Now to blow off some of the dust so it looks like I've driven the car lately

I will bring something vegetable adjacent. Or cake...

 

bring the coolant. Not sure how many are working so might as well get all the attention.

 

I'm bringing 2 turkeys so we should have plenty. I usually do an herb rub. May do a Cajun rub on the 2nd one.
