i thought some of the F12 do have the apple carplay but never see any actually photo or video online. thank you
I think there's another thread on this somewhere and I believe that some of the 2015 and most of the 2016 cars had CarPlay. However, a retrofit involves replacing huge parts of the whole infotainment system so whilst perhaps technically possible, its probably financially a non-starter
So my local dealer are adamant that this was never an option on the F12. Does anyone have a pic of it in an F12 that I can show them? Thanks, Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You’re welcome. Please let us know what your dealership’s reaction was when you showed them the photos! And BTW, those photos are from a 70th anniversary F12. If your dealer looks up the VIN and pushes back because of that, I have also seen non limited edition F12 with carplay - the point is that carplay was available in 2015/16 on the F12.
Latest from the factory is that it’s not possible, despite showing your pictures. My dealership believe that it would require a whole new main harness I give up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
