Is the new in-house movement Monaco a good daily wear watch? I've read reviews that say they "wear big on the wrist", but after a 44mm Panerai I think a 39mm Monaco would be svelte. And, it's not too expensive to actually wear daily.

Or is it better to slightly older for a thinner profile?

If you're used to a 44mm Panerai a 39mm Monaco should be fine. Keep in mind a square 39mm watch wears much bigger than a 39mm round watch.

Thanks - yeah the Panerai doesn’t work with a dress shirt either, so the big Monaco might be more of the same.
