Has anything been released yet? Curious what the base price is going to be compared to the GTB and what options will be available. The online configuration utility is still lacking.

I don't think so, I was at my dealer yesterday and whereas you can configure, price and order a GTB, for the GTS the deposit is only backing a kind of letter of intent.

Base price in France for the GTB is 278450 euros (including VAT); although VAT is slightly higher in France than in Germany the difference does not justify the 278k vs 266k price gap...
One would expect the ex-VAT price to be the same in all euros countries (it used to be the case some years ago) but I think the french distributors agree on a price that's higher than the one recommended by Ferrari.

I have a confirmed GTS order and canceled today. They told me I have to pay 310.000 Euro plus shipping. Now are 4 !!!! options a must. In my opinion costs a ready car minimum 350.000 Euro. And I think I get a price increase before they deliver the car. No one car was delivered and they raise the price for the 296 GTB.

350.000 Euro or more for a V6 to make the share holders with 40 % more profit happy is not my intention. I will change to any other brand for example an used Lamborghini Aventador V12. Any other comments are highly welcome.

So, they wont let you order without at least 4 options? Do they specify which 'options' are mandatory?

Are they requiring (4) specific options? Or are you allowed to choose at least any (4)? If the latter, I would imagine most specs are going to have at least (4) things, no?

There's some videos on youtube about GTB pricing, the GTB is $318k base in the US, wouldn't a GTS be much more?

Ah yes, this was part of the most recent price increase. They increased the base price and then 'included' several options. For those that wanted those options anyway, it's a wash. But for those that did not want those options, they're on the hook for them unfortunately.

Yes, it would be more. The question is how much more. Current speculation is somewhere in the $45k range but we won't know for sure until the pricing and option sheets are released.

If 318.000 is base price for GTB must be round about 365.000 USD for GTS.

Sounds about right. SA at Ferrari of Atlanta (GA, USA) told me it is a 50K upcharge for the hard top. Even he was surprised at the steep upcharge. They don't have full price list yet. I speculate the 50K might include couple of things that are optional in GTB; or maybe not. After all Ferrari and its dealers are having their best sales past 2 years.

On the other hand it's 350k euros for a 830 hp car - I suspect many will think it's an acceptable deal (after all that's less than people were begging to pay for a Pista with 110 hp less 4 years ago)
