Yes, ours look like that. Am not sure I've seen any in the 5 - 6 kilo range. If I had to guess, most I've seen at the store are half that size. I did one on the grill a few years back. Herbs, olive oil, salt. It's a great tasting fish grilled IMO. T

Yes the cod gatto was awesome It is at the Fogo Island Inn Was waaaaaaaaay better in 2015. I don't know if I'd recommend it now, or ever go back. The first trip was over the top - this time just OK.
