    Negative. The dash does not need to come apart. The glove box and climate control assembly needs to be removed. The glovebox needs to be removed to get at a fastener that needs to be removed to get behind the climate control assembly where the amplifier is located.

    The car does not have the premium JBL system. My 100% plug and play harness works with the 488 without the premium system only. I am right in the middle of development on a new harness that is 100% plug and play for the 488's with the premium JBL option but it won't be ready for another couple of weeks.

    Are you happy with the Odyssey battery?

    As the battery is not lithium, you are able to use the Ferrari battery tender right?

    Dealer installed the Odyssey battery before I picked up car. No issues in my short ownership. Factory tender works fine

    What route does the wiring for the subwoofer take? Underneath the console to the new amp?

    Some folks route the sub cable underneath the center console, others go under the passenger side door sill.

    passenger side, pull the rubber door moulding up and the cable fits in there perfectly, routs right to pass side amp location. very easy, no need to remove center console
