Hi, and apologies to all, if this has been discussed earlier. I have to finalise my spec on the 812 GTS and I decided on Rosso Mugello. I have only ever owned a Rosso Corsa Ferrari and wanted a change. Love the colour in the sunlight but am concerned it turns burgundy/maroon at night/shade. Or is it blood red? Does anyone have any experience with the colour as I would greatly appreciate being enlightened! Thanks in advance.

No experience except seeing it in person and will say it is an all around gorgeous color

My wife’s portofino (have owned for 2 plus years) is the RM. I was also nervous when I ordered it as I wanted RP but it would have delayed the car. I have/we have 0 regrets. It is way more blood red than maroon. I don’t love reds with a lot of purple…i don’t think you will be disappointed. She gets so many comments on how rich and elegant of a red it is.

Mugello is absolutely stunning and a very very underrated Ferrari Red. Think of it as a very oxygenated blood red and you won't be far off. Perfect colour for a front engine Ferrari imo.

This is my 2016 F12 in Mugello.
Please beaware the colour may look different now as Ferrari have been making changes to their colours over the last year, some like Portofino look much different now. It might be worth think about Portofino as its now much darker and is a cool colour, but 3 layer so £18k option.
The SF90 here is in the new Portofino
