    Was going to have a chicken Caesar salad for dinner. But the grocery store had fresh premade chicken parm. So I had that and a weird combo for a side. Perogries fried in some olive oil.

    OK, I'm over my initial shock! Questions...

    What herbs did you put into the soup? What's black chicken taste like relative to "regular" chicken? Could a big pot of this improve the Scuderia's pitwall strategy?

    Hello tomc, Herbs used are a bouquet Garni of oregano, bay leaf, parley, marjoram and thyme plus the usual garlic and onion. The chicken is slightly sweeter than normal chook and the broth is quite gelatinous until heated. It has a reputation for good health due to its high levels of vitamin B and E, protein and low in cholesterols. Haha. Maybe a cup of this broth just may improve Scuderia’s pitwall stradegy :);):cool:

    They sell big bottles in a two pack at Costco of Sweet Baby Ray's, buy it all the time................... Last night was A&W. Tonight made homemade beef soft tacos for my brother and me. We are going to take my dog for a park trip and then going to see the new Top Gun.

    I have to take some parts back to a company and their warehouse is near a Triple O's. Our BC founded fast food chain. They make really good burgers for a fast food place and I like their poutine. Plan to time my parts return with dinner.

    They now have a few locations in Ontario.
