I still have taco mix from Tuesday, so I'm working on finishing that off today.

Go for the old school hard taco shells, Max!

We did tacos the night before last. Fish tacos though!

Love it! I use Campari tomatoes, cut in half and salt them with coarse sea salt for 10 - 15 min in the fridge. when I serve them I drain the salty juice, and combine it with Olive oil and torn basil.... drizzle that over the top, of the cheese. crusty bread ... great meal. usually, I make a bed of tomatoes, then the cheese drizzle the juice and oil mix, and then finally with some old Balsamic DOP.

Yep I had the course salt on there and the olive oil too.
    I'm not allowed bread anymore.
I'll be a good boy and earn it back.
    LOL.

Perfect. Only change I would make is that when no one is looking, guzzle the salty brine rather than discard. Knock it back like a Kamikaze shot!

Everbody into the pool Asian inspired wings.
Used every random spice or herb that was cluttering up the fridge. Miso, fish sauce, garlic powder, cayenne powder, gojuchang, dried chilies, etc. Boiled - or berled as we use to say back in Brooklyn - in this concoction for about 30 min.

Had some chicken legs in the freezer. Marinated them over night in Teriyaki sauce and tossed them on the grill. Made some brown rice as a side.

I love them any type of way… picked these up the other day. More sweet than spicy - wife thinks they’re kind of spicy. Love the okra too.

Clubhouse and Caesar salad at White Spot last night. I'm sort of on a diet, hence the salad instead of poutine. I bought frozen Angus beef patties. Going to cook some bacon in the air fryer. Toss a patty on the grill and have bacon cheeseburger at home tonight.
