We, really don't read minds very well.

 

It's the large white plastic connector below the relays. It has a very large +12V wire coming from the battery that splits off into a bunch of (usually red or white) wires to send (always +12V) to power various things. Sometimes called the 4-way connector. Item 14 in this 308GTB/S SPC figure:

There are also busbars on the backside of the stock 308 fuseblocks that share power between fuses (i.e., the +12V comes into the top of one fuse on a wire and is then conveyed by the busbar on the back to the tops of adjacent fuses). The rivets holding these busbars and various terminal pieces together are known trouble areas that, even with a still good mechanical connection, can have a poor electrical connection.

Well, the OP did give "308" in the thread title, and "AMP terminal" is on all the 308 OM schematics as one of the items -- plus it's a gizmo that should be supplying always +12V power to "2 dead fuses".
