    I can't find in searching a detailed comparison from owners of both 812 models. I found my SF very stiff and non compliant in road circumstances where compliance was needed, leading to loss of adhesion.

    Has the GTS suspension evolved from the SF? I very much appreciate any owner input as my Argento/full Choc GTS is on order.

    You will experience the GTS as much more comfortable and reliable especially at higher speed compared to the Superfast. I had both and will keep the GTS.
    One of my friends has made great efforts to get the suspension software chip of the GTS to put it into his Superfast - becomes instantly a totally different car. Ferrari does not deliver this part - no way. But there are some sources on the secondary market…
