Make sure to thoroughly flush the system. There will be tiny aluminium particles suspended within the fluid which will damage the F1 and E-Diff solenoid spools over time. It's worth taking the hit on an extra 2-3 hours of labour cost as preventative maintenance.

When you get sorted see if you can find out the part number of what failed, plus a pic. Will give me something to check to see how mine are.

GTE engineering will make a set for you from better hose material for about $2500. Still pricey..but the stuff is very high quality..

I will update as soon as I know, it might be wise for people to do some preventative maintenance as its an issue that's happening a lot as our cars age and could save 5 hours of total embarrassment broken down on the side of the road in a bright red Ferrari!

Hi Yes, It was a burst braided F1 pump hose, the one suspected, however, its had a full inspection as well and its clutch time as its 90% worn, needs a new compressor because the bearing has play in it, new rocker cover gaskets as they are leaking (knew this and had it penciled in to be done anyway) and ill have the plenum and covers redone as well along with new plugs, few other odds and sods like lowering and new front discs!! In short its going to cost ££££ !
