    Weather update:

    Thunderstorms crossing the circuit lately, yielding over 1 inch/25mm of rain in past 4 hrs & wind gusts ~30mph. Friday sees just a passing risk (20-40%) of a few showers, but breezy. FIA guidance for Sat is currently 60-80% rain risk AM/FP3; 40% Quali.

    Poor us Canadians—so misunderstood. Hamilton thinks it’s hunting season, Alfa (below) thinks it’s fall and Red Bull think it’s winter!! It’s still only spring!

    And if F1 in their infinite incompetence and wanting to completely f around with traditions had stayed with the morning/afternoon practices and quali times we would have probably got through the weekend with no running in the wet. So, what exactly is the point of 5:00 PM FP2? Is 11:00 in Europe considered prime time?
