I noticed my passenger side window seal was folding over when the window was moving up.
Having a quick search on here found me this thread:

Thought I'd just add my pictures for anyone facing the same issue...

Remove the 2 screws holding the wing mirror triangle on (I very much doubt mine are the original screws!

Recover the foam insert (mine didn't seem to be attached to anything?)

Undo the 3 wing mirror nuts (10mm), careful not to drop the washers in the door... I used one of those extendable magnet stick things to hold onto it.
Hold onto the mirror before removing the final nut so it doesn't just drop.

I had to pull the electric mirror connector through the foam seal to undo it.

    And here we are....
What seems clear to me, that this must have happened before, and not fixed correctly, it only had 1 clip on it, (looks like it might have had one on the bottom, but thats missing).
My seal was not recoverable sadly.

So, I had to buy a new seal, which for a small bit of rubber seal is incredibly expensive...
£200  and a special order from Maranello.
Nevertheless, it needed to be done!

I ordered some "starlock" washers from Amazon, I bought a multi pack, but the size needed is "M4".
I also used some (safe for rubber) super glue to hold the seal on the triangle, and used a small 8mm socket placed over the washer so the pin is cleared in the centre to 'hammer' (one hit with a tack hammer) the star lock washers in place.

    "refit in reverse". :D
Only thing to be mindful of when refitting, is getting the washer back on the bolts, again I used my extendable magnet thing put it on the bolt and slid the magnet thing to the side so the washer stayed in place.
    All done

Nice work, believe it or not the screws are the original type.

This is timely - I watched mine do the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I've been trying to figure out which part I need from the vague-ish line drawings, so thank you!!
