hand, I don't know why I typed day... Closer to 3800 lbs actually, but weight is just a number. What matters is how it performs and handles. By all accounts, it is great at that!
As I imagined, an incompetent with an agenda and a bunch of excuses reverting to insults when an adult sends him back to school LOL Have a nice life and Happy Father’s Day
The most Beautiful Modern Ferrari is the Pista by a county mile over the SF90. 2nd places goes to the 296 GTS
You have to understand that beauty is subjective. For me the best looking Ferrari ever is the LaFerrari, the Enzo is 2nd best and the SF90 third. The ildies are just that, old. See? Matter of taste...
ummm, yeah, closer to 4,000 lbs actually! what a PIG !!! Computer Scales 3,983 lbs (at 5:25) >>> only 1 bar fuel (approx. 2 gal)(at 5:18) > ADD 6 gal x 6lbs/gal = 36 lbs (approx 1/2 tank gas) for REAL WORLD TOTAL OVER 4,000 lbs His McLaren 765LT weighed only 3,015 lbs. Both cars have nearly identical power to weight! Which one do think is better on track or twisties? The one that weighs 1,000 lbs LESS!!! .
Around a road course, it might "seem" that the 765 would be faster. But the SF90 looks to be the faster track car, regardless of weight. While I can't find any data showing a direct comparison between the 765 to the SF90 on the same track, I was, however, able to find data showing laptime comparisons between the Senna (lighter, more powerful, and faster than the 765) compared to the SF90 and the 765. First, 765 vs Senna. You can see that the Senna is significantly faster then the 765 on the three tracks they've both been timed on. Motortrend Figure-8 0:22.30 0:21.90 Virginia International Raceway Grand East Course (post 01/2014) 2:38.38 2:34.90 Hockenheim GP 1:46.20 1:40.79 https://fastestlaps.com/comparisons/dl7oov8o8vpl Now, Senna vs SF90. They've also shared 3 tracks that they've been tested on, and SF90 was faster than the Senna on 2 of them. The only one where the Senna was faster was the Autocar wet track, which I suspect had a lot do to with tire choice. Mortefontaine 1:24.70 1:22.86 Autocar Dry Handling Track 1:03.80 1:03.60 Autocar Wet Handling Track 1:17.70 1:21.10 https://fastestlaps.com/comparisons/en61ma83dtrc Extrapolating from this data makes it obvious to me that the SF90 is a much faster car around a road course than the 765 is, even with the weight penalty.
Ordered Spiders SF90AF pkg and LT full bare carbon but not sure spider will perform like coupe. Also own Senna and these cars will be so close a lot depends on tires and more so sheer guts. Senna silly fast considering it's competition is zero as a race car that somehow is street legal. SF90AF will chew tires - Mac's on track are the best street legal / track car from any factory. Only ones who will argue against Mac are the ones that haven't tried it and much easier to buy one vs others. We are lucky Mac is pushing Ferrari and vice versa. There are track times out there that do not get published - no one but a pro is going to push a 600 - 1.5M car and owners would be nuts to allow. If they did, they aren't going to share.
This was one of the heaviest SF90s ever weighed. Other have been weighed at around 1700-1750 kg, depending on spec and fuel level. Regarding speed, Divexxtreem gave a comprehensive reply!
