Hi Folks, I've been a reader of these forums for a while but this is my first post.

I've owned my Dino for some 38 years now and its been running all that time with a long time in storage (running) whilst Ive been abroad working.
She's being recommissioned at the moment and back on the road later this year.

Im trying to complete the history on her as she was the Maranello photo car and features in a number of books, including the front cover of the Nye book. Ive managed to get original photos from that shoot from Neil Bruce who was the official photographer.

There's also a complete listing on the old Denny Schue site of all the articles, of which I have all but one.
What I need help with is any other history any one can help me with.
There's one specific magazine article that's proving elusive:
She was only used as a photo car in all the books and articles, bar one: she was road tested by the magazine of the Scottish sporting car club SSCC "Top Gear" in April 1972.
The club still exists but the don't have it in their archives and Ive tried dealers (eBay etc.) who all have drawn a blank.
Maybe some Dino enthusiast has one, a photo copy or scan will do?
The original and still current registration is JPC 64K
    Many thanks

I can't help with the article unfortunately, but have you asked the SSCC if they could ask their members if anyone has copy?

I'm scratching my head. Have you tried a note in the Ferrari Owners Club magazine? Or a maybe a post on the Nostalgia section of the Autosport forum?

    Interesting question.
Like a lot of 70s Dinos, this one quickly became not particularly well looked after.
It changed colour to something "more trendy" from Azure to yellow then this red before I bought her.
I brought her up to scratch mechanically in the 80s but left the colour.
The plan is now to race her next season in the Pirelli Ferrari hillclimb Championships: Im presently running my F360 in the same this season.
They are perfect for this racing, light, agile and not too big for the track.
Sooo, I think it'll stay the same for a while as its going to be well used on the track and on the long slogs up to the North of England where the circuits are ( Im in East Anglia).
Azure is a beautiful colour, though!

Well folks, after years of looking, the missing magazine turned up on Ebay UK. Located in Scotland, I snapped it up!
Here's the photo from the Road test! Hurrah!
If anyone has any further info on the old girl, please let me know,
    Thanks!
