If AF Corse (as I already mentioned) and Dallara SpA are involved then it doesn't meet the definition of "in-house", which is my point.

AF Corse is a pure race team and does not do any technical development so just operating on track like Manthey operates for Porsche Factory the GTE Pro operations in WEC or most of the Glickenhaus Soldiers are from Joest.... its quite common that manufacturer outsource the racing operations to pure Race Teams and do not need to employ the staff under the corporate umbrella. (Pratt Miller, Prodrive, TF Sport, Manthey, Joest etc etc....) especially in Endurance racing.
AF Corse will be responsible for the track operations and at this stage of the project, Engineers, mechanics etc get familiar with the project and test everything for endurance and on track usage.

Manufacturer work with suppliers and partners, like Mahle, Bosch, Multimatic, Pankl and many more. the LMH Project is 100% designed, developed and manufactuered in house by Ferrari other than the LMDh competitors. But of course, also Ferrari is using suppliers for the road and racing cars.....

Doubt that, as a road version of a race car is way too compromised for road use.

Since it's a race car, all that matters is that it is fast and reliable. As Enzo used to say, when a car wins, it also becomes beautiful.

It's interesting that Peugeot have foregone the rear wing, saying that they hit the regulated downforce limit with unferfloor aero (ground effect) only, which means less drag. I wonder if Ferrari will be penalised on the straights by their choice to incorporate a wing.

I am sure ferrari looked at the Peugeot concept and its merits... just like the F1 team considered the Mercedes style "zero siepods" solution but decided against it. It will be interesting to see how Peugeot get on, they have always been great innovators when it comes to design, going back to their F1 days.
