458 Headlight Washer Cover Removal?

    My headlight washer cover was stuck about half way outward. I tried to gently rotate and press it back in and it is now sitting about 1/8" in (indented) from the body work. I don't think I broke it, however I am getting the entire car PPF in two weeks and want to make sure I can get it seated correctly prior.

    I cant find anything on taking these out properly. Even most part diagrams aren't much help. Suction cup and pull? I want to avoid prying around that section and figured I would check here first to see if anybody has ever replaced these and if there is an ideal way to remove them other than prying / suction cup and direct outward motion.

    I would be REALLY nice if this could be done without activating the washers and launching 31 gallons of water over the top of the car, seemingly cleaning the engine bay and rear bumper as well. :D
