The color changes a lot in different light but yes it is TDF blue. The wheels are 575 looking Modular’s with a deep dish setting of the barchatta 550 wheels. Something I had made custom. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Looks amazing and as I noted many times here historically…TdF and the first example I saw in corporate housing in San Francisco 2001 was when/what I fell in love with on the Maranello.
Yes I do. Haven’t been on FC in years so just trying to relearn my navigation. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Excited to have you and guys like @dhalperin13 that have done or are almost done with the conversion process on here and active…..always interested in stories. If/when @Mellow_Maranello does his conversion he will have an amazingly unique 6MT 575.
Fourteen years for me and the only other one I have seen, except at the shop, we met for lunch. In New Mexico, no competition for 575M personalized license plate.
In the smaller Daytona Beach area there are three of us with 575’s within six miles that I’m aware of. All 2002’s. I enjoy the company. Bill
I see lots of 550 and 575s on Long Island. That’s because every time I visit Bradan they have 1 or 2 at any time, seems to be the go to place for maranellos. I saw a holy grail recently. Blue, gated, Daytonas, shields, quilted shelf, Brembo big brake kit, Modulars…
Oddly enough I’ve seen more 550s then 575s out and about. My guess is 550 owners actually enjoy their cars….
Interesting, I always thought available US cars were closer in number between the two. Makes the price gap even more amusing to note! Mine is still waiting on several parts and finishing up several projects...hopefully soon can be my weekend toy when all is said and done. I can't wait!
I drive mine two to three times a week! Just not many out there, especially where I live. Other Fcar owners are usually excited about the chance to see a unicorn.
Mine is not a dd, but it gets driven. 20 years old and is pristine for a 33k mile car. Maintained by Norwoods AutoItalia Dallas. Now 81 years old and will have to sell both the F430 and 575 in the not too distant future. I am not getting younger. It has been a heck of a ride literally. BTW there is a 2005 red/tan 575 at Jake's Motorcars in La Jolla. Been great to be on FC for many years and read Taz's posts. Learned a lot from him. A real asset to this forum. Nothing like a Ferrari.
