So in comparison with the Urus, it does look much closer in size to an X5 than to an X2! The Urus almost looks small although it's in front of the PS.

The latest rumors coming from Maranello speak of a twelve-cylinder naturally aspirated engine that should exceed 800 HP….:)

new Toyota Crown SUV appears to have a very similar design to the Purosangue when compared with the leaked pictures and the teaser. Likea mini Purosangue haha

I was told when I popped in to be pleasantly surprised with the final product (business manager from dealership has seen in the last 48 hours during his visit) vs the leaked photos, size similar to urus and not to take overly too much notice of the mule photos as it hides a substantial amount.

    Boom!

And that's the problem with the 'FUV', it is too generic, but, necessarily so...other than the V12 and badge, just wait until it is only EV, then it will only be a badge...

I had a Urus for 6 months and 5k miles.
Sold it for various reasons, and on the inside it did remind me of our family SQ7.
One of the big downsides was it was far too ‘in your face’ for an SUV that I wanted to use every day. Replaced it with a Lusso which is much more under the radar!
If the Purosangue turns out to be Urus size, and FUV means F.ck You Vehicle, I’ll definitely cancel…

What size you want it to be?
If it has v12 front has to be a foot longer, if you want to accomodate 4 adolts and their luggage, and shape it as an 4door SUV i am afraid this is the result.
I wish it is 4.7m and 1700kg but reality is 5+m and 2+t.

I made that mistake on my first Urus but couldn't find anything to replace it with so ordered another. Quite frankly the PS has some large shoes to fill as far as I'm concerned but I'm optimistic and did drop a deposit.

Can't go wrong with a Lusso as well, I enjoyed my FF for a couple of years back in the day.

We own both an Urus and a Lusso as daily drivers. Having owned them since launch I think the Urus is fairly under the radar depending on where you live and what color you choose. Wife’s latest is white and nobody really goes nuts over seeing it like many other exotics (even the lusso gets more attention). If you’re talking ridiculous colors like orange, red, or yellow of course you’re going to get noticed. I don’t think the Purosangue will be more/less flashy so long as it’s not specd “loudly”. Sadly I envision many people wanting just that instead of buying for the 800hp V12…

Although there is already a rough idea of what the design of the Purosangue will be, it will only be possible to evaluate it after Ferrari presents the first official images in September.
To complement your post of the "mini Purosangue Toyota" below are the renders with it transformed into a "Ferrari Purosangue":)

The front leaked picture shows more than I remember. There is serious coke-bottle going on here. If you try and imagine the lines with the wide angle iPhone lens factored out, I think this shape could be really nice. Those who object to a Ferrari SUV (very fair view) will not be happy whatever it looks like. We have a deposit on one and decided to take it for what it is. Our DP was particularly pleased with the way it looks and reckoned they had done a remarkable job. I’m cautiously optimistic it’s going to be a great car and that we’ll find it really usable. We had FF and Lusso and loved those. I sold our Lusso because it was both not Ferrari enough and to Ferrari. Couldn’t take it everywhere and it was no 812 to drive. If the PS is easier to blend in and still drives pretty good (clearly can’t drive like an 812 but not much does) it’ll be a winner.

Oh, and by the way, even though the Toyota uses some of the same design themes, it looks nothing like the Ferrari being based on very different underpinnings. Same story for all those Ferrari Corvettes. :)

He was v impressed that much more dramatic than the leaked pics might hint at - also , the Camo actually hid a lot of shape ..
I’d ( like LukeyLikey) already placed an order and deposit - v12 was important to me ….Im v fortunate and already have the Bentayga and masser 4x4s for family trips - but not really me - The thought of being able to get into a ferrari with the Mrs and our boy works for me - if the shape isn’t 100% to my liking I’d be surprised but accept that ….. im not a walkover , just take the FUV at face value - hopefully a fab , 4 seater ( suicide doors ?!) ferrari when needed - I have blind faith that the design team that bought us the 812/GTS/comp/Roma/SP3 will ace this

Thanks! I am in a similar boat. I put in a deposit in when I was offered a spot and I am hoping it’s as great as some of the recent hits. I have been using a bigger suv for the past couple of years (merc GLS) so I am very excited to see what they come up with. My wife had an FF for several years (when our son was young) and we loved it. I am also curious as to how they designed the interior given how different my GTS is to my Roma. I am assuming it will be much more analogous to the roma since that looks to be the new design language but we shall see.

Having 4 kids, I’m super excited about this “SUV”… question, does anyone know if it will have a 5 seat layout or strictly 4 seater?
I daily a RR SVR (5 seats), wife daily’s a G4x4 (5 seats), son has Bronco (4-seater), Escalade is the only one that seats whole family. FF fun weekend car (4 seat)…. So maybe trade FF for Purosangue?
