    I think some teams (Red Bull and Ferrari) are using that threat as a leverage to have the budget cap increased or removed.

    It seems to work too !!!

    Thanks for that. It kinda supports what I was thinking/saying:

    Small teams like Williams and Sauber cannot afford a loss because there is nobody to pay for whereas the big ones with a car company backing them, can easily have a (tax) loss.
