    Used a high quality marine hatch rubber seal pretty pricey 85.00 bucks and used 3m Super Weather strip adhesive part number 08008 WOW it bonds great !
    OEM uses foam tape and has gaps .

    You can buy one from Ebay to make a pattern under 100.00 bucks so you can still driver yours.

    @RANDY6005 , got a question for you since you are undoubtedly once of the masters of the 360. In your first pic above (post 1701), there is a small bracket located just above the engine cover. Any idea what that was for? First thought was something with the seatbelts but your "rebuild" proved me wrong on that.
