Don't have the tools at their disposal? All they have to do is watch TV. Everyone could see Alonso and Ocon failing with the hards. Everyone else adjusted to the changing conditions, which were dramatically different from Friday. Ferrari failed to do so.

I have great respect for Mattia Binotto but he has too much on his plate. He should not be a team principal. Binotto is an Adrian Newey, Ferrari needs a Christian Horner or a Toto Wolfe to make it all work. And nail that ****ing incompetent Rueda to a cross and burn him! I'll light the match.

I don't want to be a fair weather fan, but damn. I can live with a car that's still maturing or driver's that are still settling but this is a **** show. Arguably the fastest car and best drivers and this?? I may have to hang a black flag over my 458 tonight.

The car didn’t have the pace?!?! I’ve not seen the interview but was he watching the same race I was? Qualified 2nd and 3rd and CL pressed into the lead and slowly pulled away? Maybe I was watching sim racing?????

This is the most absurd thing I've read in a year. Your kid isn't suitably qualified to be chief strategist at Ferrari. Compared to who they have now, she is wildly overqualified!

I had patience for the guy, but he blew it all away by throwing the car designers under the bus, then stomping away like a petulant child 12 laps before the race was over.

He needs to go, or at very least demoted to a position where he cannot make important decisions.

I do not know that they are losing on purpose, but it sure does seem that someone on the team is sabotaging races where the cars and drivers are performing OK.

LOL, when I was a kid anytime Italy won a championship my dad would drive around our neighborhood with his Fiat 131S waving an Italian flag and honking the horn (South Philly). When Ferrari wins, I do not go that far, but I take my F-car out and let the engine and exhaust note be heard in the neighborhood. Skip the black flag :)

Ferrari pit wall..once again was at a different race. The podium was proper and well fought. Awsome drive by Max even with the spin..Hamilton, Russell well deserved. Clean race. Some good mid field battles..Lance and Seb..etc.those were fun too watch.

Love how Toto allowed Lewis and Russle to actualy battle..that was nice to see..

    I really enjoyed this one..

Now that there's 2 competitive, and incisively professionally run teams -- clicking like 997 GT2 gearboxes, with 4 great drivers, Ferrari will fall out the back for the rest of the season.

RB and MB showed their profound quality today, and Ferrari that it's a running joke.

Lewis and Max will, one hopes, give us a great show for the remainder. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login George too, not sure about Checo..

    I can't understand the results.

Red Bull made a mess of qualifying and ends up up with P1 and 5 (and then 12 and 19 for the rest of the unbranded Honda power units).

Ferrari looked good running on the track but uh oops er oh dear.

MB does have something back together.

Agreed the buck stops with him. Looks like they're happy analyzing. Paralysis through analysis? Ideally they move a couple of notches towards "seat of the pants / gut feeling" and become more fluid and incisive.

It's ironic that he was criticized for wagging his finger at CL. That was a fatherly gesture. If anything, he's too soft.

Regarding CL - said it before, he's more technical than CS, but that's not enough to win.
If Sainz steals his lunch, which he's willing and able to, it's irrelevant that CL is more talented, faster and any other attributes you want to give him.
Have nothing against CL. But that's on him.

As for Furoni's comparisons to Sainz - considering the grandiose claims and F's incentive that CL scores more, 50 points spread and you're on.
