    Mercedes are just cheats !!

When the rules favoured them no need to have any rules changes BUT when "their" radical design backfired it's all hands to the propaganda machine to get the rules changed :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Just as sure as he was about Leclerc’s crash, he’s certain RedBull and Ferrari are cheating.

Merc are trying really hard to make themselves the most hated team in F1. At least Lewis understands you have to be likeable and at least pretend to be somewhat modest first… then you come out and talk garbage and accusations. George is quickly becoming the puppet. His nickname ought to be Woody from Toy Story. Do they just type up something and make him read in front of the camera?

What rules have been changed? Didnt realise we have had rules changed already, thought that was after the break at Spa?

And even when they do change, what is going to change? Ferrari will still likely keep throwing wins away, and MV will still be strolling to victory unchallanged because his only challangers cant get its **** together, So really, for the sake of not seeing another Merc style walk away championship, i hope Merc do gain some thing, We at Ferrari are not going to mount any serious challange so what difference does it actually make. Its like Vettels Era all over again, then blaming the other team for being much better when reality paints a picture of incompetence, then after years of bashing, CL will leave the team a broken driver and be replaced and his reputation destroyed, and the cycle will start again with a new driver.....

Been the same crap for as long as i can remeber now at Ferrari.

Least Merc and Redbull are competent even if both teams are ****..

You do realize that a RB walk away championship is just as boring as a Merc walk away championship--do you not ?

I know which is why i said "for the sake of not seeing another Merc style walk away championship, i hope Merc do gain some thing, "

We are not going to challange, We have had best car all season so far and look more likely to fiinish the season 3rd..... Max, who i cant fault so far this year, is already champion imho.

Even Horner is happy with a walk-away title this year. Yet under Merc domination the world ended as he incessantly moaned. Some here are surprised he is not well liked. He gets results but is the epitome of hypocrite at it LOL. F1............not much changes. Domination is nothing new and those who complain about it seem happy to be part of a dominating team.

Toto knew domination was bad in the larger scheme. ITS UP TO OTHER TEAMS to fight and COMPETE. Thats the issue. Same with Schumi/Ferrari era - Webber said it best - Dont like Schumi winning - then drive faster lol.

When it gets to 7 years then yes it will be Mercedes dull.

In the meantime we can blame Binotto for not delegating in the most effective way.

    Agreed.

Ferrari is throwing away serious points from their drivers, DNF's, and pit strategy calls.

I wouldn't say this season is "a walk away" by any means. It's only due to Ferrari not capable of making successful strategy decisions that it's this way. Both teams have roughly equal race destroying issues. Mercedes had almost no competition from anyone until last year. They've benefitted from locked down engine rules early on which froze other teams from development, then did the stupid token system after that. I think the reason people dislike Mercedes so much is the perceived favoritism they receive. Example: Start the season with the new DAS in place. Have declared illegal by the FIA... BUT... you can just go ahead and use it for the season though. RB has a wing that met all testing, but Merc cry about it and RB has a couple or so races to change it. Merc have a questionable front wing... I'm not even sure how thorough that was even investigated. I won't mention their own flexi rear wing.

Lewis makes comments like RB are cruising to victory as if he didn't for 7 years. Now Russell has become little more than Toto's hand puppet parroting the most partisan commentary on things he knows nothing about.

ETA: Lewis and company don't deserve much of the vitriol they receive but they certainly have earned some of it while all the while acting like a victim.

Nothing wrong with winning, as long as it's fair ans square. Ferrari deserved its spell of wins with Schumacher, they were the best then.

F1 shouldn't become a "merry-go-round" just to please people who don't see their favourite team winning.

Exactly. This isn't a runaway championship because one car is much faster than the others (in fact, the fastest car is 2nd in the championship). It's a huge advantage because their competitor is throwing the championship away on a bi weekly level.

For instance A Ferrari was on pole 8 times this year until now.
Not comparable with the Mercedes era between 2014-2020.

Mercedes had a car that could get poles, AND win races.

Ferrari has a car than can get poles, but then breaks down or is hampered by comical strategy.

Who's to blame for that ? Like we say: Ferrari has always a penny missing to make a pound.

I'm sure Binotto is hard at work to fix the problem.
