Welcome , You and 12 other owners are looking 24/7 on ebay and every Ferrari parts stores around the globe. Good luck!
About a month ago I bought a used Borla exaust for my Boxer, I noticed that the owner had a Pioneer tapedeck and EQ on the shelf, they are the same ones I have on my car with perfect logo's. The owners name is Randy or in F-chat he metioned pogibm. He lives in Washington but he keeps his cars in Berkley,Ca. If I were you I would try to reach him (I could give you his contact # but I think its better if it comes from him) this guy has a lot of Boxer parts belive me when I say a lot there's probably enough to complete another car. Tony
I've been getting a lot of PMs about a Pioneer deck/EQ for a BBi, Thanks to Tony. YES I have them and they are brand new never installed units. The sad part is they are not for sale. Randy

Thanks for all the replies guys, We are just looking for the stereo. I'll be keeping an eye on eBay for now. Any opinions on the market value for a decent example? There seems to be a lot of interest in them. Cheers, Allan
Due to the rarity of the radio, I am thinking of taking mine out of my BBi, and putting it in my safe!!!!!!!!.........I don't listen to it anyway........the reception is not good, in the country, and the engine sounds are all the music I need to hear. While I am not afraid of leaving the car parked somewhere, when the word gets out on the rarity of the radio, I fear someone will break in just to steal it.
A funky thing just happened with my pioneer cassette deck,,it turns on and lights up however when I try to change a channel the knob does not move the little channel position indicator, and now when I shut off the radio the channel position indicator red light stays lit, and there is no music unless I press 2 presets at once. ANY IDEAS, what to check or do?
Take it to a good repair shop they shouldn't have a problem with it. After all it is just a Pioneer deck. It doesn't have Ferrari belts inside it. Has anyone checked with Pioneer for another deck? They might still have some lying around somewhere. You would need to find the right person though to get them to look.
I had my Boxer Pioneer radio rebuilt back in 2003 when it was in for a major service for around $300 as I recall.
For heaven sake !! Cavallino should have a seperate price guide/values for the BBi stereo. It must be over 4 digits now. Anyone want to chime in as what they think it might be worth.Of course you lucky bastards with the radio will say GOLD.
I have never had a working radio; in any Italian exotic that I have owned. They were all original radios. Just nothing ever worked. The standard Corolla AM/FM cassette radio works just fine.
