The British kind. The M3 was called the Stuart I by the British, but with the Guiberson diesel engine fitted it was called the Stuart II. The M3A1 was cashed the Stuart III and with the Guiberson diesel engine fitted it was referred to as the Stuart IV. The sane versions (M3 or Stuart I and M3A1 or Stuart III) had two Cadillac Series 42 engines each. All the best, Andrew.

I believe early versions of the Sherman medium tank used aircraft radial engines as well. All the British tanks used aircraft V-12s; the early ones used a version of the WWI Liberty engine, the later ones used the R-R Meteor, which was a version of the Merlin!
