    Is there a single resource that describes differences in GT4s by series, model year and market (U.S. vs. R.O.W.)? Even better would be a resource that marks changes by chassis number.

    I’d be surprised if such a thing exists, but I like surprises.:)

    Original Ferrari V8 describes the series differences and us vs row, IIRC.

    Since there aren’t any other replies to this, I did a quick scan of the 308 GT4 chapter and attached here. Hopefully you will find this helpful.

    I was going to suggest the same book, it's pretty thorough. There's some other good books out there too, and of course info is scattered all over the web. But I think the "Original Ferrari V8" book is the best single source.

    Yes, unfortunately it’s about the only source, as far as I can tell. My copy is at my mechanic’s shop right now but my recollection is that the book is fairly sparse in the area of in-production detail changes, especially for the U.S. cars.
