Tarek sold a black on tan '98 Berlinetta F1 with 57k miles for $87,500 on BaT in May. I think a red/tan car with 40k miles and services is approximately low $100's. The buyer is either aged out from a traditional manual, doesn't want/can't drive a manual, or is buying a second 355 for their significant other to drive with them. With only approximately 1,000 F1 Berlinettas, it's a relatively rare car with a smaller buyer pool than the manual that everyone is looking for.

Seems pretty nice. Brakes look overly rusty? Weird. That dealer is someone to stay away from according to what I have heard. I have also had odd phone conversations with them, thinking I could “buy” around the concerns. The deal was too good, but in the end, the seller was not worth the effort. In the current market, on the surface that looks like a good deal.

If the car hadn’t been driven in awhile the rotors will get surface rust.

Someone local with serious interest should look this over

Look at the sills on that car, and a lot of other details (look at the pics on a computer, not a phone). It's a project car.

Does a moderator come through and delete posts? I posted the same thing yesterday and don't see the post in this thread.

Most likely for a non-Serie Fiorano. Low mileage gated SFs have sold higher off market.

True but its Still a clean title car. If all of these 355s are all of sudden worth 250-500 grand then that car should have sold for at least 3 times that. The current market is still a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Caveat emptor

I'm 75 years old. You expect me to remember something 70 pages back and 7months ago? I can't even remember where I left my pants last night. :)

I was just searching 355 auction results for 2022 and that came up. Consider it a friendly reminder that even a spider will crack the $200k mark given the right car and audience.

Truth is, I don't pay much attention to values these days. Too busy enjoying driving the car and racking up the miles.
